Susan Sivik of Mentor, OH has won the Lake County YMCA 2010 Dream House. She was cheered on by her family, husband Rick, and sons Steve Sivik and Chris Mehls.

Susan has lived in Mentor since 1973. She has not yet decided if she is going to keep the house or take the $200,000 cash option.

“We are very excited for Ms. Sivik and her family. She has some time to review her options and we know she will make the best decision for her family’s future after winning today,” said Peggy Swanger, Director of Development.

Since 1993, proceeds from the Dream House project have totaled over $3 million (approximately $200,000 per year) to provide facility and equipment enhancements for each branch of the Lake County YMCA (Central-Painesville, West End-Willoughby, East End-Madison, Perry’s Outdoor Family Center and the Childcare Centers).
